Replacement for Defective, & Products Damaged During Shipping


Claims for defective items, or shipping damaged during shipping must be made within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The damaged product MUST be returned in its original packaging. To report an item defective, or damaged during shipping, please email [EMAIL] to request a replacement. Photos of the defective or damaged instrument is required. Prepaid return Shipping (RS) Labels will be issued for return of defective or damaged merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship you a replacement. If a product is returned on a prepaid RS label is found to be NOT defective, at our sole discretion, the cost of shipping both ways may be deducted from the credit or refund amount.

30 Day Money Back


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order. All merchandise can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of the sale. For non-defective or non-damaged items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, using the customer’s shipper of choice. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection.
